Poem by the Danish writer
Halfdan Rasmussen

Something about finding understanding...

Through empty noise I’m dancing
with a woman round the hall.
I’m not that big a man but she’s
voluminous and tall.
She cleaves the air and smoke and din
with words I sense she sends me.
With her great bosom I converse
that nods and comprehends me.
