The ecstatic dance of the lark
suddenly we discover summer
like a sunken barge in a river
two cats on a flight of steps
I capture your breasts
after long leaps through the grass
now the bodies swirl upwards
towards the surface dance dance torrent
press your fingers against naked earth
shine shine summer sun
tramp the hot wheel over every mountain
love is as high
as an old velocipede
