Should injustice sore oppress you,
Proffered bitter cups distress you,
Dark and puzzling, life depress you;
This, my friend, I would advise!
Man’s injustice – just disdain it,
And each bitter chalice – drain it,
And life’s mystery – contain it
Until all is clarified!
